The Challenge
The overseas contractor faced a double challenge. First, the local coastal climate features extreme humidity and intense sunlight, which causes traditional wood to warp and low-tier composites to fade rapidly. Second, due to surging ocean freight rates, the client had a very tight budget for shipping and could not afford any wasted container space or damaged goods upon arrival.

1. Solving the Fading & Warping Dilemma
To withstand the coastal environment, we engineered the exterior WPC timber tubes with advanced UV stabilizers integrated directly into the core compound.

The Result: On-site tracking showed the color variance was strictly controlled at Δ E < 0.5. The linear tolerance remained under 1.5mm per 3 meters after a full year of weather exposure. With a water absorption rate of ≤ 0.5%, the profiles achieved zero structural twisting or splitting.

For the interior ceiling and partition segments, safety compliance was the contractor's top priority.

3. Maximizing Container Loading Capacity (Loading Optimization)
