Material Formulation (B1 Fire Rating): We adjusted our raw polymer and flame-retardant additive matrix, producing a customized production batch that passed standard B1 fire safety tests with full documentation.

Freight Optimization (High Loading Design): We optimized the structural core weight and packaging geometry of the wall panels. This increased the loading capacity to 4,820+ square meters per 40'HQ container, allowing the entire 14,500 sqm order to be packed into just 3 containers instead of 4.

Precision Tooling (Seamless Fit): Utilizing our in-house mold R&D workshop, we deployed precision interlocking profiles. This guaranteed a completely flat, gap-free architectural finish that strictly rejected traditional V-grooves.

Color Control (Δ E < 0.5): We applied automated online color blending to keep color tolerances under Delta E 0.5, ensuring perfect color consistency between the first and last container batches.
