1. Project Background & Challenges

This commercial plaza is located in a high-salinity, high-UV coastal environment. The project owner set extremely strict bidding requirements for the cladding materials

Extreme Weathering: Standard 1st-gen WPC easily fades and cracks under harsh coastal UV and salt spray. The facade had to guarantee 10+ years of zero-paint maintenance.

Freight Cost Compression: With global ocean freights fluctuating heavily in 2026, the contractor had to pack nearly 4,500 sqm of panels and accessories into a single 40'HQ container to keep logistics within budget.

2.Our Factory-Direct Solutions

As a direct-source factory, we tailored a complete delivery layout to solve the contractor's pain points through engineering and structural optimization:

• Precision Mold & Custom Formulation:

  Using our dedicated 219mm*26mm thick-walled hollow profiles, we upgraded the compound with a 360° co-extrusion shield. The online deep 3D embossed wood grain satisfied the architect's aesthetic vision while achieving a B1 Fire Retardant rating and superior scratch resistance.

• High Loading Capacity Engineering:

  Our technical team optimized the internal rib geometry of the profiles. By reducing dead weight without sacrificing impact strength, we achieved a High Loading Capacity of 4,820+ sqm per 40'HQ. This allowed all main boards, aluminum insert strips, aluminum posts, and stainless steel hardware to be perfectly consolidated into just 1 container shipped to Ashdod Port, saving the client an entire container's worth of freight!

3. Delivery Performance & Metrics

Following completion, actual on-site technical evaluations by the project supervisor verified outstanding performance metrics:

Color Consistency (Δ E < 0.5): Zero visible color variation across the massive facade. Even after 12 months of intense coastal sun exposure, the color saturation remains identical to day one.

One-Stop Seamless Fit:

Since all structural aluminum accessories and stainless steel bases were developed in-house as a unified system, the tolerance fit between the panels and clips was highly precise. The on-site team faced zero compatibility issues, shortening the installation timeline by 15%.
