How to Install
1. Site Preparation Clean and level the installation ground, ensure the base is flat, dry and well-drained. Remove gravel, weeds and dirt to avoid uneven stress on the decking boards. Reserve 5-8mm expansion gaps for outdoor temperature changes.
2. Joist Layout Install treated wooden or aluminum joists on the level base. Keep a standard joist spacing of 300mm for residential outdoor use to ensure stable support for WPC decking panels.
3. Fix Clips and Boards Place stainless steel hidden clips on the joists, then lay second-gen WPC decking boards in order. Fasten the clips tightly to fix the boards, ensuring neat alignment without shaking.
4. Edge Finishing Install matching WPC edge trims to cover exposed board ends for a tidy look. Trim excess boards according to the actual site size and polish the cutting edges smoothly.
5. Final Inspection Check all fixed positions to ensure no loose boards. Confirm reserved expansion gaps are standard to prevent deformation or arching caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
