1. Severe Weather Exposure: The flooring would be constantly exposed to intense tropical UV rays, high seasonal rainfall, and corrosive saltwater mist.

• Tailored Material Engineering: Analyzing their budget, we recommended our high-performance 1st Generation 140x23mm hollow decking profile. We maintained a strict technical tolerance of Δ E < 0.5 across the entire 1,500 sqm production run, ensuring absolute color consistency from the first board to the last. The formulation was also engineered to meet B1 Fire Retardant standards, passing local public safety compliance checks effortlessly.

• Zero-Waste Length Customization: Standard lengths would have resulted in heavy on-site cutting waste. We customized the production length to 2.9 meters per piece, which perfectly matched the boardwalk's structural joist spacing and maximized the internal space of the shipping containers.

• One-Stop Finishing Accessories: To speed up construction, we supplied a one-stop finishing solution.
